Rent the Residencial TheresiaGroups love to rent our entire guesthouse and to have it for themselves so that they can be undisturbed during their seminars, workshops and retreats.
Our breakfast room and lounge offer a lot of space for a wide variety of activities and can be rearranged by the various groups according to their requirements. The outdoor areas, that is to say the garden the terraces and the beach, can also be used as needed. You can rent the entire guesthouse including the apartment and garden house on a weekly basis or only the main house. On request, the seminar leader may also live separately from the participants on the first floor of the main house or in the apartment. The number of participants depends on the composition of the group. For example for 14 adults there would be six double rooms and two single rooms.
